The mission of the Sanford-Springvale Vineyard is to “Receive the Father’s Love – Give the Father’s Love”
Our vision is “To receive the Father’s love, through His Son and by the power of the Holy Spirit, and give that love to the people of our communities.”
Jesus made it clear, in Mark 12:30-31, that the greatest commandment is to “love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your mind, and with all your strength, and with all your soul.” He then said, “And the second, like it, is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
Giving the Father’s love begins with receiving the Father’s love. There is a difference between knowing God loves you and receiving His love. In order to give the Father’s love, we have to first receive His love. We can’t give what we don’t have; we can’t have what we don’t receive.
